# 10 — Expected Outcomes and KPIs Source: proposal §8. KPIs are **measured from data inside the system** and shown on dashboards and reports. **All target values are set in Phase 1** from baseline data, so none are fixed yet. Design implication: every KPI below needs the system to capture the underlying events (timestamps, statuses, unit, level). Keep this in mind when designing data models. | KPI | How it is measured in the system | Data needed [inferred] | |---|---|---| | Unit adoption (%) | Campuses and schools actually live ÷ target units | Go-live flag per org unit | | Digital-channel usage (%) | Users and share of transactions via app/portal | Channel attribute on every transaction | | Average request processing time | Working days from submission to completion, per request type | Request timestamps, working-day calendar, request type | | Requests completed on time (%) | Share finished within the defined time | SLA per request type | | Learner-record completeness (%) | Records with all mandatory fields | Definition of mandatory fields per level | | Course-registration success (%) | Completed registrations ÷ started | Registration attempt and state tracking | | Online payments | Count and amount via PromptPay / credit card, by period | Payment transactions with method | | Athlete-data completeness (%) | Athlete, training and competition records complete against criteria | Completeness rules | | Dorm and welfare tracking (%) | Dorm and welfare records complete | Completeness rules | | User satisfaction | Survey score out of 5 (students, parents, staff) | In-app survey feature [inferred] | | Executive-report completeness (%) | KPIs the Executive Dashboard can show completely | KPI catalogue | ## Expected outcomes 1. Integrated management of 17 campuses and 13 schools on shared data standards and processes. 2. Staff efficiency: less double entry and less paper, with easier checking, tracking and approval. 3. Better service for students and parents through app and portal. 4. Systematic athlete, training, competition, dorm and welfare management. 5. Transparent finance and scholarships, auditable after the fact. 6. Data-driven executive decisions (dashboard and AI analytics). 7. Extensible for future features, integrations and policy changes.
